We loved The Nest! We had a total of 12 people and it fit all of us perfectly. The house was spotless. Pool, swing set and hammock were beautiful. The water in the pool was never too cold/hot, just right. In unit washer and dryer was very helpful for us as well. Miles and his ground manager, Candice, were always responsive and helpful. Even when we requested a last minute check out accommodation, they were so understanding and weren’t rude about it at all. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend staying here!! Definitely would rebook!!

We had a wonderful stay at Miles’ place. The home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean exactly as described. Miles was an attentive host and responded to messages promptly, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others.

Our stay at the Villa was great. It easily accommodated our group of 12 – 3 families of 4 – with every one having enough space and not feeling cramped. The attentiveness and responsiveness of the House Manager added to our experience as they were able to answer and resolve the few questions we had. The Villa is absolutely well maintained and comfortable, and has all the right mix of amenities to cater for families of all age groups. Thank you to Miles and Candice to being great Hosts.

I can confidently say that my family and I had the most amazing time at The Nest Villa Jan 2026! The cleanliness, the relaxing vibe and all the recent improvements were greatly appreciated; Samaan Grove itself is a well-kept gem of Tobago.
Miles was a great host and kept in contact with us along with other members of his team who made our stay very comfortable and reassuring.
10/10 definitely recommend staying here at least 4 nights!

Loved the place. It had everything I needed. Great location. The pool and spa were very relaxing. Enjoy grilling outside and relaxing outdoors. The house was large. It was nice and clean.

Our family had a great time at the villa during Christmas week. We booked it prior to the renovations and before it had any reviews, but our leap of faith was rewarded and it turned out amazing. Our group of 18 had plenty of space to spread out, and the large common areas helped us to connect with each other. The kids spent hours every day in the pool and on the water slide, which was a highlight of the trip for them. We had a few questions/issues during the stay but Miles and the team were quick to respond. We would book this place again next time.
Some info that might be helpful to know:
- The kitchen is well equipped but the counter space is limited if you have a large group. We used the top of the chest freezer and set up the folding table as additional counter space.
- The four bigger bedrooms with multiple beds in each have ensuite bathrooms and are very private, while the two smaller bedrooms with one bed in each open directly to the main room and use the shared bathroom.

Miles and the team helped make our Christmas vacation truly lovely by providing an amazing Airbnb. I would definitely recommend staying here! The home was wonderful. My family and I traveled from different countries to get here and we were able to fully relax and spend quality time together in a private peaceful location.
Note: I would definitely recommend bringing pool noodles or some sort of floatation devices for the pool if you're not a group of strong swimmers.

Our stay at The Heart was amazing, the layout of the space was exactly what I wanted. Communal dining space, large enough for our family of 13, living room space for open conversations, and a full sized kitchen stocked with coffee maker, toaster oven, kettle, enough cutlery and dinner ware.
The bedrooms, each had a bathroom, and air conditioning, linens were clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean towels and washcloths were in abundance. No toiletries are provided, but we always bring our own when staying at an AirBnB.
Now to the fun part! The outdoor space was the star of the show, pool big enough and felt safe for the non swimmers in the family, outdoor bar and TV for evening entertainment, access to kitchen was perfect placement.
This house was perfect for our needs and the layout felt intentional for family gatherings, and the many memories created during our stay.
Thank you Miles and the team for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

Loved our time at the Fairways Villa. Miles and his management team were very responsive to questions before and during our stay.
The interior was beautifully put together. The central living space brought everyone together, the bedrooms were spacious and fully stocked. Kitchen had all the utensils, pots and appliances we needed - including an outdoor bbq pit and burners.
Our 3yr old niece loved the play area and the adults enjoyed the pool.
All in all, a great location to bring the whole family together.
